Chief Brian Soller

 Chief Brian Soller has been an active volunteer firefighter for twenty-nine years. He is the current Chief of the Rock Hill Fire District in Sullivan County NY, which is a one-hundred percent volunteer organization. He is the past Chief of the Monticello NY Fire Department which is a combination department.
Chief Soller is a State of NY Fire Instructor and serves with the New York State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. He has been a New York State EMT for seventeen years and is also an Advanced Swift Water Rescue Technician, nationally certified Level 2 Fire Instructor and nationally certified Level 1 Fire Officer.
The Chief is also a fitness advocate.
